What is LeaseRadius?
LeaseRadius is an AI-powered marketing agency for apartment communities. A team of AI agents creates and publishes social media content, local-SEO blog posts, and neighborhood market intelligence for each property, tailored to its renters and location.
What does LeaseRadius do for property managers?
LeaseRadius handles a property's marketing end to end: social media management, local-SEO blog content, neighborhood market intelligence, renter persona targeting, and performance tracking. It frees onsite teams from having to create content themselves.
How is LeaseRadius different from a traditional marketing agency?
Three things. Output is continuous rather than campaign-based, so your property posts every day instead of getting a burst of content each quarter. Pricing is a flat monthly price per property ($499, or $299 for communities under 30 units) with no contract and no setup fee, instead of a retainer and a scope of work. And nothing is a black box: every post, story, and article lands in an approval queue you can review, edit, or reject before it publishes.
Which platforms does LeaseRadius post to?
Instagram feed posts, Stories, and Reels, cross-published to your Facebook Page and your Google Business Profile. Local SEO articles publish to your property's blog, either on your existing site through WordPress or Webflow, or on a blog we host on your own domain.
Does LeaseRadius use AI to create apartment marketing content?
Yes. A team of specialized AI agents builds renter personas, maps your local market, writes social posts in your property's brand voice, and produces local-SEO blog content. Everything publishes on autopilot or with your approval.
Does LeaseRadius use AI-generated images or videos?
No. We never use AI-generated or fabricated visuals. Every post uses real content: your property's own photos and videos, or real, properly licensed stock photography and footage. We don't invent images or show amenities your property doesn't actually have.
How much does apartment social media management cost with LeaseRadius?
The Visibility plan is $499 per property per month, and your first month is free. It includes daily social media posts, Instagram Stories and Reels, twice-weekly SEO blog content, renter persona targeting, and social and SEO performance tracking. Communities with fewer than 30 units qualify for the Small Property plan at $299 per property per month: 3 feed posts a week including a Reel, 4 Stories a week, and 2 SEO articles a month, with everything else identical.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. Your first month is free, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I use LeaseRadius for more than one property?
Yes. Pricing is per property, so a portfolio is just several properties on one account, managed from a single dashboard. Each property gets its own renter personas, its own neighborhood research, and its own content, because a building in one submarket should not be posting the same thing as a building in another.
Do I approve content before it's published?
Your choice. Content can publish automatically on a set schedule, or you can review and approve every post before it goes live.
Who owns the content and the social accounts?
You do, on both counts. The photos, logos, and property data you give us stay yours, and you grant us only the license we need to run the service for you. The posts and articles we produce for your property are assigned to you under our terms, so they remain yours to use if you ever leave. Your Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile accounts are your own the whole time: you connect them, and you can disconnect them at any point.
What do I need to get started?
Just your property address, your rent roll, and a few real photos of the property. From there the AI agents analyze your property and neighborhood and start producing content.
How soon does content start after I sign up?
Content starts once your property is set up, which needs your address, your rent roll, a set of real photos, and access to your Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. The agents then study your property and neighborhood before anything publishes.
What results does LeaseRadius report?
Your dashboard tracks social reach, engagement, and follower growth, plus how your property is performing in search: the keywords your blog content ranks for, impressions and clicks from Google Search Console, and views and actions on your Google Business Profile.
Where is LeaseRadius based and who does it serve?
LeaseRadius is based in San Diego and serves apartment communities, property management companies, and owners across the United States.
Does LeaseRadius connect to my Google Business Profile?
Yes, with your permission. You connect your profile through Google's own sign-in screen. LeaseRadius then publishes local posts to your listing on your behalf, and reads your listing's performance data along with your Google Search Console data, so your Google and Maps results appear in your dashboard alongside your social results. We only use this access to market your property, and you can disconnect at any time.
