Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LeaseRadius LLC ("LeaseRadius," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service. We've tried to write it plainly. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@leaseradius.ai.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information. The email address and password you use to sign up. We use industry-standard hashing for passwords; we never see them in plain text.

Property information. The property addresses, names, descriptions, brand details, photos, target neighborhood radius, and any other information you submit during onboarding or later edit.

Connected social accounts. If you connect Instagram, Facebook, your Google Business Profile, or other platforms, we store the access tokens provided by that platform’s official login, which are needed to publish and read on your behalf. We do not store your passwords for those platforms. Section 5 describes our handling of Google data in detail.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription metadata, but we do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account number.

Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) and product analytics about how the application is used. When you are signed in, we record an activity log of the pages you open and the actions you take in the app, such as approving, editing or rejecting a post, uploading a rent roll, or asking an agent to run again. Each entry records your account, the property you were working on, the page, a session identifier and the time. We use this to understand which parts of the product are working and which are not.

Session recordings. Inside the signed-in LeaseRadius application we use PostHog to record how the product is used, so we can see where it is confusing or broken. Recording starts only after you sign in and stops when you sign out. We do not record anyone on our public marketing pages. Recordings capture page content, navigation, clicks and scrolling. Everything you type into a form field is masked and is not recorded, and we additionally mask areas that display customer data such as rent rolls and lead details. We do not record your screen outside LeaseRadius, we do not use recordings for advertising, and PostHog processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement rather than for its own purposes.

Error reports. When something fails in your browser, we record the error message, the page it happened on and a short technical trace, so we can fix it. We strip access tokens and similar credentials from these reports.

Support communications. Emails or messages you send us, so we can respond and improve the product.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and operate the service, including running our AI agents, generating content tailored to your property, and publishing posts to your connected accounts; process payments and manage subscriptions; respond to support requests; monitor performance, detect abuse, and improve the product; and send service-related communications such as billing notices, security alerts, and feature updates. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI and Content Generation

LeaseRadius sends prompts and limited context (property description, neighborhood data, brand details, sample photos) to third-party AI model providers so they can generate posts, blog drafts, and analyses for you. We use these providers under enterprise or API terms that prohibit using customer content to train their models by default. We do not opt in to model training on your data.

4. Service Providers We Share With

To run LeaseRadius, we share the minimum information needed with the following categories of service providers, each of which has its own privacy commitments:

Cloud database and authentication hosting (Supabase); web application hosting (Vercel); payment processing (Stripe); social media publishing partners that post content to your connected accounts on your behalf; mapping and location data providers (including Google Maps Platform); search and web data providers (including Google Search Console) used to research neighborhoods, events, and SEO performance; AI model providers used to generate posts, blog drafts, and analyses; product analytics and session recording (PostHog) and web analytics (Google Analytics), used to understand how the application is used; and email providers. We do not share your Customer Content with any party for their own marketing or advertising purposes. A current list of named sub-processors is available on request to contact@leaseradius.ai.

5. Google User Data

This section describes specifically how LeaseRadius handles data obtained through Google APIs. It applies in addition to the rest of this policy.

What we access. Connecting a Google account is optional. If you choose to connect one, you authorize LeaseRadius through Google’s own sign-in and consent screen. We request two permissions: the ability to manage your Google Business Profile, and read-only access to your Google Search Console data. Through them we receive an access token and refresh token, your Business Profile account and location identifiers, the content and status of posts we publish to your listing, your listing’s performance metrics such as views, searches and customer actions, reviews and ratings left on your listing, and search performance data for your property’s website. We never receive or store your Google password.

How we use it. We use Google user data for one purpose: to operate the marketing service you signed up for. That means publishing local posts to your Business Profile on your behalf, and showing your Google, Maps and search performance in your LeaseRadius dashboard and reports. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing and improving the features described here.

How we share it. We do not share, transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, except: to the cloud infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf, described in Section 4; when you direct us to; when required by law or valid legal process; or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to that data. We never transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. Access by our staff is limited to what is necessary for security, to comply with the law, or to resolve a support request you have raised with us.

How we protect it. Access and refresh tokens are held in our encrypted production database, are restricted to the systems that need them to publish and read on your behalf, are never displayed in the LeaseRadius interface, and are never shared with other customers.

Retention and deletion. You can revoke our access at any time, either by emailing contact@leaseradius.ai and asking us to disconnect the account, or directly from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking ends our ability to publish to or read from your listing. When access is revoked, or when your account is closed, we delete the stored tokens and the Google user data associated with your property within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.

Limited Use. LeaseRadius’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or in response to a lawful request by a government authority. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and property information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel a subscription, we keep the data associated with that property for up to 90 days afterward in case you reactivate, then delete or anonymize it. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us. Some records (for example, billing records) may be retained longer where required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, or opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@leaseradius.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of your data at any time. There are two ways:

Disconnect a connected account. If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account, you can disconnect it from within LeaseRadius at any time. Disconnecting immediately removes the stored access token and stops all access to that account. To disconnect a Google Business Profile, email us or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page; see Section 5.

Request full deletion. Email contact@leaseradius.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We will delete your account, your property information, any connected-account access tokens, the posts and blog drafts our agents generated, and the analytics we collected, including any data obtained from Instagram or Google, within 30 days. Some records, such as billing records, may be retained longer where required by law.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and the security practices of our cloud providers. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever experience a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Children

LeaseRadius is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. International Use

LeaseRadius is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection rules may differ from those in your country.

13. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as keeping you signed in. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral ad tracking on the LeaseRadius application.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
