What is included
Everything the service does: daily social media across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and TikTok, weekly local search articles published to your site or a blog on your domain, continuous research of the employers, businesses and events around your property, renter targeting built from your actual unit mix and rents, live availability from your rent roll, an approval queue if you want one, and a dashboard with your social, search and Google Business Profile performance.
What is not included
Paid advertising and ad spend: the published plans are organic social and search only. Website design or hosting for your main site. Photography. Listing site (ILS) management. If a page on this site does not name it, it is not in the price.
How billing works
Each property is its own monthly subscription, billed by card. Your first month is free and billing starts after it. You can cancel any property at any time from your dashboard and it stops at the end of the period. Adding a second property is the same price as the first.
Which plan do I need
If the community has fewer than 30 units, the Small Property plan. Everyone else is on Visibility. The two plans run the same engine at different cadences; nothing is held back on the smaller one.

Your property's photos, a rent roll upload so availability and pricing are real, and connections to the social and Google accounts you want us to publish to. You can approve every post and article, or let them publish on schedule.
